Trade-in, overhaul, and sales of reconditioned GASTI machines

As an internationally renowned manufacturer of top-quality machinery, GASTI has many years of experience in the design and construction of cup filling and closing machines.

Specially skilled mechanics are able to call up the data of all delivered machines. This means that only original parts are used, or can be retrofitted according to customers? demands. A vast stock of second-hand units guarantees very short delivery times. All machines are sold with works? warranty from a top-ranking manufacturer, as GASTI are certified according to DIN-ISO-9001 / EN-29001

.For full reconditioning, the machines are completely dismantled, all worn parts and damaged mechanical parts are replaced. In addition, electrical and electronic parts are replaced. The machines conform to German legislation as UVV, VDE, and others, and even comply with the safety and health requirements of the EU Machinery Directive when delivered to EU countries.

The operational safety check is a good alternative and much cheaper than complete overhaul. Defective parts are replaced, and within extremely short time the machine is ready for shipment.
